Asante Kotoko’s Danlad Ibrahim could be on his way to Qatar for the 2022 World Cup after Ghana Black Stars first-choice goalkeeper Jojo Wollacott was ruled out of the competition.
Sahara Football reported earlier that Wollacott will miss the World Cup after he injured his finger in a pre-game warmup on Saturday.
Sahara Football understands that the camp of Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim are expecting a call from Otto Addo to inform their player that he will be going to the 2022 World Cup.
Ghana might have only Nurudeen, Ati-Zigi and Danlad Ibrahim available for the World Cup as Richard Ofori is also a doubt for the tournament.
