I worked hard for Black Stars call-up – Abdul Fatawu
Asante Kotoko forward Abdul Fatawu revealed that he is happy with the national team call-up and added that he worked hard for the opportunity.
Abdul Fatawu has been incredible for Asante Kotoko in the past months, he is currently the highest goalscorer in the Normalization Committee’s Special Competition with eight goals to his name.
Kwesi Appiah Included Abdul Fatawu in his provisional squad for the 2019 AFCON, the forward was asked how he felt when he heard the news:
“I was very happy, in fact, I was very emotional. I worked hard for it but without my team, I wouldn’t have made it. But I am very happy.” he said
