Given his recent injury, there were apprehensions about his readiness, especially after he was seen with a West Ham medical staff member upon his Tuesday arrival at the Black Stars camp.
Nevertheless, he integrated with the team during their final practice session in Kumasi.
Kudus is anticipated to play a pivotal role for the Black Stars in Ivory Coast, given his impressive performances in the English Premier League. He has also been nominated for the Premier League’s Player of the Month for December.
Since his move from Ajax to West Ham during the summer transfer window, Kudus has scored ten goals across various competitions for the London-based club.
