WCQ 26 : Mohammed Kudus hopeful of Black Stars qualification

Ghana star Mohammed Kudus is confident about the team’s chances of advancing to the next 2026 World Cup.

The 23-year-old who has cut a fine career for himself playing with the national team is confident that the team will progress to the 2026 World Cup through fair means.

Kudus had a quiet game in the away fixture in Bamako against Mali and will hope to exert himself more as the team plays against the Central African Republic yet again at the Baba Yara Sports Sodium in Kumasi.
Speaking in the presser ahead of the crucial World Cup game, Kudus said.
“The belief has always been there; we all want to go to the World Cup. That is our ultimate goal, it doesn’t matter how we get it, our coach has his tactics but sometimes the game gets tougher but we just have to do our best and get the results,” he said.
“Personally, in every game whether in Ghana or Europe my motive is the same to win.
We are all a team whether I score or anyone scores, it’s a team play. We started playing from Ghana before leaving so there is no excuse. I just do my best to get the team winning.”
