This means coach Otto Addo effected three changes from the team that beat Mali with Jordan Ayew, Kamaldeen Sulemana, and Abdul Fatawu Issahaku replacing Antoine Semenyo, Ernest Nuamah, and Tariq Lamptey.
Ghana is level on points with Madagascar and Comoros and a win for them will better their chances of securing qualification for their fourth FIFA World Cup.
The match is set for Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi at 19:00 GMT.
