Ghana International player Frank Acheampong was sent off in Shenzhen’s league game against Henan Songshan Longmen for hitting a player who racially abused him.
In the video, Acheampong was seen approaching the player and hitting him on the face which prompted the referee to show the Ghanaian a red card.
Frank Acheampong walked off the pitch explaining the incident to players approaching him as he heads for the locker room.
In Shenzhen's 3:1 loss to Henan, Frank Acheampong slapped Gu Cao's face and was subsequently sent off. It was reportedly said that the Ghanaian striker suspected that the Henan veteran used racially abusive language. After the match, the two players hugged and made peace. pic.twitter.com/ab8jkHypvQ

Frank Acheampong has scored five goals in fourteen appearances for Shenzhen in the Chinese Super League this season.
