The Black Stars of Ghana returned to training on Wednesday after their draw against the Squirrels of Benin on Tuesday night.

The Stars who suffered a red card on the night had to play with 10 men for the majority of the second half, succumbing later on to an equalizer that meant they had to share the spoils.
General captain Asamoah Gyan is however still optimistic despite this setback and believes the players can still recover from this when they take on Cameroon on Saturday.
