Victor Aidoo wants to win League with Hearts of Oak
Accra Hearts of Oak forward Victor Aidoo has strongly opined his ambitions on finishing as the club’s top goal scorer and helping his side win the ongoing Ghana Premier League.
The striker was on target for his side, who managed to come back from a James Bissue’s first-half strike for Elmina Sharks to draw in a thrilling encounter at the Ndoum Sports Stadium in matchday eight of the league.
In an interview with reporters after the duel, Aidoo remarked: “I need to start scoring more goals but the interest of the team is what comes to mind anytime I go on the pitch.”
“I want to try and do what I can to help the team on and off the pitch.” He ended.
The 21-year-old joined the Phobians on a three-year deal from Division One League side Samartex FC and has bagged three goals in two games.
Hearts of Oak are up to 5th on the log with 12 points facing up with Eleven Wonders in week nine of the league.
