Former Karela midfielder, Umar Bashiru named in Ethiopian Premier league team of the week.
Bashiru completed a move to newly-promoted side, Ethiopian Insurance Corporation FC few days ago after joining on a free transfer.
He last played for Karela united in the Ghana premier league having previously featured for kumasi Asante Kotoko.

His fantastic performance on his debut earned him a place in the Ethiopian team of the week.
Bashiru was on target for Insurance Corporation just 23 minutes into his debut after Habtamu Shewalem put him through on goal.
