Ghana Premier League side Medeama will face Guinean side Horoya AC without the services of two key players after they failed to pass fitness tests.
Manuel Mantey and Theophilus Anobah did not travel with Medeama for the crucial CAF Champions League second-leg game in Guinea.
Midfielder Manuel Mantey picked up an injury in their Ghana Premier League game against Accra Lions and will be out for a while according to the club.

Theophilus Anobah who missed Medeama’s two league games so far, was injured in the first leg against Horoya AC and failed to recover in time to make the trip to Guinea for the second leg.
Medeama will be looking to take advantage of their 3-1 lead from the second leg when they face Horoya AC on Saturday.
