Tunisia’s Chouchane Asma to officiate the Paris 2024 Women’s Olympic Football Tournament qualifying match between Ghana and Benin.
Chouchane Asma, hailing from Tunisia, has been selected by the Confederation of African Football (CAF) to officiate the qualifying match for the Paris 2024 Women’s Olympic Football Tournament between Ghana and Benin.
She will be assisted by Afine Houda and Ouertatani Nesrine, with Ajbouni Emna serving as the fourth official. Amegee Aissata Ameyo will take on the role of referee assessor, and Dzodope Ayawa Mana Mawoufemo from Togo will act as the match commissioner.
Ghana earned their advancement to the next round of the Paris 2024 Olympic qualifiers by securing a convincing 4-0 victory over Guinea at the Accra Sports Stadium.

This victory was fueled by two goals from Evelyn Badu, and one each from Priscilla Adubea and substitute Fridaus Yakubu, resulting in a commanding 7-0 aggregate score after winning the first leg 3-0 in Conakry.
Under the guidance of Coach Nora Hauptle, Ghana has demonstrated exceptional form and is determined to rectify their previous subpar performances.
Hauptle took charge at the beginning of the year and has maintained an unblemished record, winning all seven matches, scoring 26 goals and conceding none.
The upcoming match is scheduled to take place at Cotonou’s Stade de l’Amitié – Général Mathieu Kerekou on October 27.
