Samuel Boadu acted unprofessionally – Prince Tagoe

Prince Tagoe, a former forward for Hearts of Oak, claims that former coach Samuel Boadu acted “unprofessionally” after being seen in the inner perimeter during Hearts’ CAF Confederations Cup second leg against AS Real Bamako.

Samuel Boadu was fired from his role as head coach of the club following a string of poor results in a job that spanned less than 2- years.

Prince Tagoe, a Ghana Premier League top scorer with 18 goals in 2004 and a CAF Confederations Cup winner with the club in an interview with, Accra based, Angel FM was displeased with how Samuel Boadu acted during the Africa Inter-club game against AS Bamako in Accra.

“I think what Samuel Boadu did wasn’t right. Professionally, I don’t think it’s right to go into the inner perimeter. He should remember he is a coach and not a supporter. He could’ve called the boys on phone to motivate them if that was the intention,” he ended

In a sharp rebuttal, former Hearts of Oak assistant coach Hamza Obeng refuted claims that Samuel Boadu entered the Phobians dressing room on Sunday during their victory over AS Real Bamako in the CAF Confederation Cup.
