Samartex beat Victoria United in CAF Champions League qualifers

Ghana Premier League champions, Samartex took a giant leap to secure qualifications for the next phase of qualifiers for the 2024/25 CAF Champions League following a win over Victoria United on Sunday.

 



Isaac Afful’s first-half strike was enough to aid his side in wrapping a home and an away win over their Cameroonian counterparts at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The results show that the Samreboi side progressed to the next round of games after posting a 2-0 aggregate win over Victoria United, Cameroon.

WATCH HIGHLIGHTS :

Samartex will have a mountain of a game to play against, Morocco’s Raja Club Athletic between September,13 and 22,2024 over two legs.
