Ghana Black Stars striker Felix Afena-Gyan won the maiden UEFA Conference League title with his Italian club AS Roma after they beat Feyenoord 1-0 on Tuesday night.
The 19-year-old striker watched from the bench as Zaniolo’s goal was enough to win them the historic trophy under Jose Mourinho, their first trophy in 14-years.

The striker has been called up to the national team for Ghana’s AFCON Qualifiers and 4-Nation Tournament in Japan.
