Ghana’s coach Otto Addo says he is satisfied with the performance of his team after beating Korea on Monday.
Ghana secured its first win in the 2022 World Cup at the Education City Stadium in Al Rayyan on Monday.
Mohammed Salisu and Kudus put the Black Stars 2-0 ahead before the break.
Two quick goals from Gue-Sung Cho levelled the score line for Korea after the break.
Kudus scored the game-winning goal in the 68th minute with a well placed shot.
“I am satisfied with the result of getting three points. In the beginning of the game, Korea put pressure on us, but we took the lead with a good free kick.” did,” Addo said at the post match conference

“The opponent changed tactics after the first half, but we struggled because we couldn’t block Korea’s cross. However, our spirit was strong, so we scored the third goal. I wish we had scored the fourth goal, but in the end we won. I did. I am satisfied.”
Ghana plays Uruguay in the last group match which seeks to be a very tensed match as Ghana will be looking to revenge against Uruguay.
Uruguay knocked Ghana out in a very controversial match 12 years ago.
