Nana Yaw Amponsah has disclosed their immediate separation from Moldovan champions Fotbal Club Petrocub Hîncești.
Amponsah, who served as former Kotoko CEO assumed the reins of the European club in partnership with his Samaritan Investment Group Earlier in 2024.

Their partnership for six months yielded positive dividends. This saw the club win the Moldovan Premier League, Moldovan Cup, and qualifications to the Champions League.
In a statement released by the Samaritan Investment Group, they cited several issues that didn’t align with their beliefs and visions as an outfit thus reason for pulling out of the deal with the Moldovan club.

“The decision was made due to the discovery of unusual activities within the club and a mismatch in vision regarding the future sporting direction of the club,” the statement read.
