Ghana forward, Maxwell Abbey-Quaye scored the match-winner for Al Sinaa away to Al Kufa in the second league game in the Iraqi League.
Both teams gave the game the seriousness it deserved, creating multiple chances, but the away team looked capable of scoring.

Al Sinaa’s enterprising full-back, Maytham Waead sent a teasing cross into the 18-yard box of the opposition which Siti beautifully headed into the path of Maxwell Abbey-Quaye, who scored the game’s opener with a ruthless finish on the 20th minute mark.
The opening goal set the tone for both teams to go at each other but the first half ended, 0-1 in favor of the away side.
The second saw both teams resuming hostilities, with loads of intensity but it was the away side that held on to bask all 3 points on the day.

Abbey-Quaye was withdrawn ten minutes before the end of the game.
The win sees Al Sinaa move up to second on the log with 4 points and will face
