Two-time Ghana Premier League champions, Aduana Stars emerged victors over Accra Hearts of Oak in game week thirteen of the league at the Nana Agyemang Badu II park.
Before this game, the Ogya boys surprisingly lost their week twelve home game against Accra Lions which blighted them of their perfect home run of six wins.

The first of half the game ended goalless with each set of the sides going countlessly at each other’s defense.
The second half resumed with loads of purpose and intensity but the home side showed real hunger and commitment to bagging the win with numerous attacks.
Denis Korsah was adjudged to have fouled an opponent’s player with Bright Adjei’s free kick taking a deflection off Albert Enode which zoomed past the helpless Richmond Ayi in post for Hearts for Oak, 1-0 to the host.
Evans Adomako and Michelle Sarpong were introduced for Kwadwo Obeng and Raphael Amponsah but their impact on the game couldn’t sway the fortunes to the path of the Phobians.

The host held on resolutely for the win, which saw them top of the summit with 24 points while the visiting side was up to 8th on the log with 16 points.
