Raphael Amponsah’s solitary strike for Hearts of Oak proved pivotal as they beat Medeama SC at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The return of BlackStars goalie Benjamin Asare in between the sticks gave the home side an assured defensive calmness as he saved them on several counts with multiple saves toward the end of the game.
