Two former Ghana Premier League winners, Hearts of Oak and Aduana Stars will go head-to-head in a mouthwatering clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The two teams are on both ends of the table, setting the tone for the encounter for the weekend. 

Against all odds, the host put an end to Berekum Chelsea’s nine-game unbeaten run at Golden City Park beating them convincingly by three unanswered goals skyrocketing their confidence a notch high. 

Their last five games at home have seen them pick two wins, (2L, 1D) which has mounted immense pressure on Ivorian trainer Aboubakar Ouattara.

Games between the two sides have always skewed in favor of the Ogya boys, they have recorded four wins and a draw in their last five since November 2021. 

This spate of results will aid the away team to ooze confidence as they come to tow but the opposing coach will hope his current top scorer, Hamza Issah with 12 goals, will bring his A-game in this afternoon’s fixture.
