Legon Cities coach, Maxwell Konadu unhappy with 3-2 loss to Gold Stars but proud of the team’s performance
Legon Cities FC head coach Maxwell Konadu expressed disappointment in his team’s loss to Bibiani Gold Stars but was proud of his players’ performance on the day.
Bibiani Gold Stars defeated Legon Cities 3-2 at the Dun’s Park in Bibiani in the GPL Match Day 25 encounter.
Despite the loss, Konadu praised his team’s effort,in trying to secure at least a point from the game.

Speaking to Star Times after the game, Konadu said : “We did out best but it was not just enough to carry the day”
“I am proud of the boys, they played according to instructions …….we need to keep pushing until we escape relegation ”
Legon Cities FC have fallen to the relegation zone of the Ghana Premier League standings with this loss.
