King Faisal coach Nurudeen Amadu expressed his disappointment in his boys following their 2-0 defeat in Obuasi against Ashantigold on Friday afternoon.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Nurudeen urged his players to step up after another disappointing display and lack of organization a the defensive department against Ashantigold.
“It was a very poor performance from us, and it is very unpardonable because I thought we corrected this mistake, this same goal; we corrected the mistake and yet it is happening again,” he said
“They didn’t play to tactical instructions, and we are just bad on the day. Sometimes these things do happen, going forward we have to be up and doing if not we will lose more matches”
“We need to sit up, and the players must eschew laziness and complacency if we need to go forward” he added
King Faisal have now lost three of their last five games and currently sit in 6th position on the league table.
