Ex Inter Allies striker, Jalal Abdul shares excitement after completing move to IF Elfsborg.
After signing a contract on Wednesday, July 5, 2023, the striker from Inter Allies has officially joined the Swedish team on a four-year deal.
Expressing his satisfaction, he stated, “I believe this is the right move for me, and I’m extremely delighted that everything is now finalized, making me a genuine Elfsborg player,” in an interview with the club’s media.
Initially starting his training with the U19 team upon arrival, he received the pleasant news that the A team wanted him instead.

This development brought him great joy as it indicated that the team was impressed with his performance. He shared, “It feels really good to know they were pleased with me, and it made me very happy.”
Confident in his abilities, Abdulai is convinced that his skills will enable him to thrive in the Swedish league. He explained, “I have a strong aversion to losing, so I always give my all. I bring a lot of passion to the field, work tirelessly, and cover extensive ground.”
“As a striker, my primary responsibility is scoring goals or providing assists. I aim to contribute points to the team. I’m a team player, so I would prefer to assist a teammate in scoring if the opportunity arises.”
Having set personal goals, he eagerly anticipates performing well with his new team.
Abdulai’s aspirations include providing maximum assistance to the team and ultimately competing in Europe with Elfsborg next year, which is a dream of his.
