Former AshGold defender Richard Osei Agyemang has disclosed reasons leading to his choosing a move to India.
This comes about as a result of the player exodus that has hit the country with some players opting to play in countries with a relatively low reach.
Speaking to Wontumi FM, he said, no player can boast of 50k in their account from playing in the league for close to 6 years.
“No Ghana premier league player can boast of 50k cedis in his account for playing in the league for 5 to 6 years. I decided to move to India cos of money. The GPL can’t afford that.” he ended.
