Ghana Black Stars coach, Otto Addo has accepted full responsibility for the side’s dismal performance against fie-time World Cup Champions, Brazil in France.
According to the coach, his selection of the players played a massive part in the team’s defeat on the night against Brazil.
In his post-match conference on what he thought of his selection, he remarked,
“I made mistakes, learnt a lot more about my players. Picking the next 11 will depend on performance in the next game.” he ended.
The side lost heavily to Brazil who ran riot in the game, taking an early lead through, PSG captain, who freely headed in his side’s first goal on the night through a corner before, Tottenham Hotspur forward, Richarlison’s brace came subsequently to further tighten their grip on the game to win 3-0 on the night.
Otto Addo will have another game against Nicaragua on Tuesday to get things right but as things stand his record with the national team since taking over hasn’t been encouraging, winning just a game in over 6 outings at the helm of affairs for the senior national team, BlackStars.
