Accra Hearts of Oak have set sights on signing Great Olympics defensive midfielder Razak Kasim, Sahara Football understands.
The club, which will be contesting in the upcoming CAF Confederations Cup following their victory over Bechem United in MTN FA CUP final have targeted the player from their city rivals.
Kasim put up a number of high-profile performances in over 30 games for his side aiding them to a 5th place finish in the just-ended Ghana Premier League.
The Accra-based side will have to fast-track any efforts to sign the player, who is clearly wanted by as many as 4 other Premier League clubs looking to add him to their ranks for the upcoming season.
