The Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA) has announced that the decisive Premier League game between Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko scheduled for Sunday, March 5, in Accra, will function as the 2023 President’s Cup.
The two clubs are billed to take on each other over the coming weekend in the second round of the ongoing betPawa Premier League 2022/23 season but after closed-door deliberations between the duo’s club hierarchy and other vested parties, they have both agreed to transmogrify their league fixture into a ceremonial fixture to commemorate Ghana’s independence day.
