Hearts of Oak shareholders have approved a nine-member board at its 6th Annual General Meeting held at the Civil Service Auditorium in Accra.
The announcement comes off following the dissolution of the old board members which meant that new board members needed to be appointed to oversee the smooth running of the club.

The majority shareholder, His Royal Majesty Togbe Afedi XIV, still holds his role as the Executive Board Chairman.
Other members who have retained their position on the new board are long-serving members, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, Vincent Odotei Sowah, and Ivy Heward-Mills.

The newly constituted board has, Prof. Agyemang Badu Akosa, Dr. Kenneth Ashigbey, Akwasi Agyeman, Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom, and Delali Anku-Adiamah as the managing director.
