Ghana Premier League club, Hearts of Oak has traveled to a neighboring country, Togo to continue their Togo ahead of the new season.
The continental club master escaped relegation by the skin of the teeth necessitating the release of underperforming players by the club.

This necessitated the club’s drastic action by signing players to augment the squad ahead of the new season.
As things stand, the Phobians have wrapped up deals for 11 separate players, Asamoah Boateng Afriyie, Michael Mensah Awuah (Nations FC), Benjamin Asare (Great Olympics), Samuel Amofa, Mawuli Wayo, Yahaya Adraman (GoldStars) Kwabena Boateng (Legon Cities FC), Hussein Mohammed (Debibi United), Ramzy Yussif (New Edubiase FC), Isshak Saani Mohammed (Soccer4souls FC), Ransford Mensah (Danbort FC) who have joined the team for its pre-season tour in Togo.

Ivoirian trainer and coach Aboubakar Ouattara will have thirty-one (31) players to work with before the new season.
Hearts of Oak will play many friendly games to fine-tune their plans for the new season.
