Spokesperson of Hearts Of Oak Opare Addo insists that his club did nothing wrong in the signing of Dominic Eshun and are sure the player wasn’t acquired illegally.
Karela United released a statement accusing Hearts of Oak for illegally signing their player and threatening to report them to the right authorities for the ‘sickening’ act.
While talking to Happy FM, Opare Addo refuted the claims that Dominic Eshun’s signing was illegal.
“If Karela FC claims we have stolen their player, that’s their call. They can say what they want,” Opare stated on Happy FM.
“Karela FC is saying a different story that we know per the document that we have read which is available to us. We have not done anything wrong.”
“We’ve been in this business for long and management knows what we are about. We will always do things in the interest of the club. We don’t believe the manager of the player has misled us. By the close of the day, we will know who is telling the truth.”
“Hearts of Oak fans should be calm because we haven’t done anything wrong.”
