Hearts of Oak courts Diawisie Taylor and others
Capital Accra based Hearts of Oak have set their targets on bolstering their squad to challenge for honors in the second phase of the suspended 2019/20 Ghana Premier League season.
The league is currently suspended by a Presidential directive in efforts to mitigate the pandemic, COVID-19, which is now a global concern to many all over the world.
Though the league is not being played, the Phobia fraternity have made sure to use the inactivity of the league to properly scout for players and begin official negotiations with the players and clubs of interest.
Reports making headway in the local football landscape has it that, stop guard Coach Edward Odoom and his technical team have identified a host of key players they hope will be integral to their progress once the league resumes.
The four-man list given to the Hearts of Oak Board of Directors includes Inter Allies’ prolific Victorien Adebayor, Emmanuel Keyekeh and Diawisie Taylor of Karela fame as well as Michael Ampadu who plays for Liberty Professionals.
It remains to be seen if the Rainbow side will be able to sign these lads to help them end their eleven-year title drought this season.
