Hearts of Oak circle around Victorien Adebayor
Ghana Premier League giants, Hearts of Oak are said to have expressed strong ambitions to sign former Inter Allies striker, Victorien Adebayor in the ongoing transfer window.
The Nigerien international was purported to have agreed on a move to Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities last week but fresh reports emerging from the camp of Hearts of Oak indicate that he is said to be interested in a move to the capital-based club.
Hearts of Oak have in recent times, made giant strides in competing for honors by poaching former Medeama trainer, Samuel Boadu into their ranks as well as former Eleven Wonders maxman Ibrahim Salifu.
The talented striker was a cult hero in the truncated league netting 23 goals in 27 games for the Capelli boys before his exit to join HB Koge on loan.
If he manages to join the Rainbow side, he will challenge for a starting berth role with Victor Aidoo, Kwame Obeng Junior, Isaac Mensah and Abednego Tetteh.
