Hearts of Oak CEO Mark Noonan resigns
Accra Hearts of Oak CEO Mark Noonan has terminated his contract with the club, the club released a statement after a meeting with the board members.
According to the club, Mark Noonan resignation was due to personal reasons and frustration over the suspension of competitive football in Ghana, the club also announced that Frederick N.K Moore has been appointed to replace Mark Noonan.
