GPL Week One Roundup : Holy Stars stun Hearts of Oak as Kotoko, Medeama SC win

The 2024/2025 Ghana Premier League began with a bag as newly promoted club, Holy Stars shocked Hearts of Oak via a Prince Tweneboah goal proved the match-winner between the two sides at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Kotoko began their quest in the league with an away win against Karela United at the Naa Sheriga Sports Centre courtesy of new signing Albert Amoah.
