Dreams FC got their first win of the season with a slim win over Nations FC at Dawu Park.
The hosts had their weekend game rescheduled as a result of their involvement in the CAF Confederations Cup game against Sierra Leone side, Kallon FC.

The host started the game on the front foot, they made a host of incursions around the Nations FC goal Ebenezer Adade’s early goal was enough for the host to pick all three points at home.
Nations FC almost leveled but Nafiu’s effort was flagged offside but that didn’t deter them from searching for the equalizer, Barima Baah called Dreams FC goalkeeper Solomon Agbasi to action who dealt with the danger superbly.
The hosts held on to protect their solitary lead from the first half to bag all three points on the day.
In the other week’s one game, defending champions, Medeama SC rued their misses as they shared the spoils with Accra Lions in a four-goal thriller at the Akoon Park.

Samuel Gyimah opened the scoring for the Lions before the summer signing, Daniel Lomotey equalized for the host.
