Ghana’s Daniel Laryea to officiate CAF Champions league match between Plateau United and ES Tunis. The Fifa referee has been arguably the best in the country for the last few years.


He will be assisted by Kwesi Acheampong Brobbey and Patrick Papala on line 1 and 2 respectively with Abdul Latif Adaari as the 4th official.

The match will be played on the 9th of October 2022 as the CAF champions league second preliminary round starts. The Ghanaian officials will be at the helm of affairs.

Local media have been very critical on officiating in the Ghana Premier league and though there is a lot to be done, there is evidence of massive improvements in terms of officiating over the last few years.

Daniel Laryea is an experienced FIFA referee who has amassed a lot of experience from officiating tough matches across the African Continent.
