Ghana midfielder Kingsley Schindler signs for Yılport Samsunspor in Turkey.
Turkish Club Yılport Samsunspor has finalized the signing of Kingsley Schindler, a professional footballer from Ghana. According to an official statement by Samsunspor, the versatile player has agreed to a two-year contract, with the possibility of extending it for one more year.
The club’s statement mentioned, “We are pleased to announce the signing of Kingsley Schindler from the Ghana National Team, who previously played for 1st FC Köln, on a 2+1 year contract as a middle right-wing player.”

The Turkish club also expressed their well wishes to Schindler and warmly welcomed him to their team.
Having gained considerable experience in both the top-tier and lower leagues of German football, the 30-year-old midfielder is expected to bring valuable expertise to Yılport Samsunspor in the upcoming Turkish Super Lig campaign.
Earlier this year, Schindler made his debut for the Black Stars in a 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Angola in Luanda.
