The Ghana Government have made a provision of $800,000 to the Normalization Committer to enable them run the upcoming Special competition.
Sixteen representatives from the Ghana Premier League clubs and the forty-eight from the Division One clubs met with the Normalization Committer on Tuesday morning to discuss the formalities and set up of the competition.
The PRO of the Nomalization Committee Daniel Kweku Yeboah revealed the Government’s support for the upcoming competition.
“We approached some cooperate bodies to support the Special Competition but it couldn’t work out,” Dan told Silver FM
“The government of Ghana has given USD 800,000 to Normalization Committee for the running of the competition”
The Special Committee will be launched on Friday, January 11.
The competition will kick off on January 26
