Ghana Black Stars held by South Africa in Pre-AFCON friendlies

Ghana Black Stars were held to a 0-0 draw by South Africa Bafana Bafana in a pre-AFCON friendly that took place in Dubai where the Black Stars are camping ahead of the tournament.

The Black Stars couldn’t beat the strong South African defence despite creating a lot of chances in the game.

Ghana dominated the game and had several chances to score but couldn’t take them, the South African team stood firm to deny the Black Stars from scoring.

Thomas Agyepong, Samuel Owusu and Thomas Partey came close to scoring for Ghana but the game ended goalless.

Ghana will go into the Africa Cup of Nation 2019 without scoring a goal in their preparation games.
