According to several reports in the local media, the executive chair of the Ghana Football Association will meet on Friday to decide the fate of the national head coach Chris Hughton.
There were reports after Ghana’s last two international friendly games that the leadership of the Ghana FA were not happy with the output of the national team in those fixtures, and were considering taking necessary actions to improve the team’s output.
Sahara Football understands meetings have been scheduled with government officials to discuss the future of Chris Hughton before the World Cup qualifiers games in Kumasi next week.
