The president of the GFA , Kurt Okraku led officials of the Association to meet President Nana Akufo Addo at the Jubilee House.
The visit by the GFA delegation to the jubilee house was to brief the president on issues happening in the senior national team, the Black Stars.
The GFA president , Kurt Okraku assured his excellency Nana Akufo Addo that, the Black stars will do all it can to raise the flag of Ghana high at the world cup which is set to kickoff on the 20th of November.

His excellency Nana Akufo Addo assured the GFA of maximum support during the tournament and also urged them to make the country proud.
The GFA president then presented a customized Black Stars jersey to president Akufo Addo.
The first match for the Black Stars will be against Portugal on the 24th of November, followed by South Korea on November 28 and Uruguay on December 2.
The last time Ghana qualified from the group stages of the world cup was back in 2010 and it is the hope of all Ghanaian that, the team can replicate the fantastic form of 2010.
