Accra Lions Football Club has introduced James Francis as a Stop-gap coach after Rainer Kraft.
The 39-year-old British coach will replace Rainer Kraft who parted ways with the club a few weeks ago on personal reasons to return to his native country, Germany.
James has had a good profile in professional academies in the UK and the USA before arriving in Ghana in January 2019.
He previously acted as the Director of a youth football project called GFP in Ghana before becoming head coach of DOL side Tudu Mighty Jets. Over the 16 months in charge at Mighty Jets, he was able to implement an attacking and creative style and identity within their playing philosophy.
The lions sit sixth on the league table and will hope to improve in the hands of James Francis
