Forson Amankwah signs new RB Salzburg deal



Forson Amakwah has committed his future to Red Bull Salzburg by signing a new contract with the Austrian club.

The midfielder  has signed a new contract until the summer of 2027.

Amakwah joined RB Salzburg from Ghanaian side, West African Football Academy in 2021 and has since been an integral member of the Salzburg family.

last season, Amankwah played a crucial role in the title-deciding game, entering the field as a substitute and delivering an assist.

This contribution proved instrumental as Red Bull managed to turn around a two-goal deficit and secure a vital victory.

Having been brought back from his loan spell at Rheindorf Altach in January, the skilled player significantly influenced Salzburg’s path to another league championship.
