FC Samartex announce the signing of Skyy FC striker, Baba Musah Hamadu
FC Samartex have made it official that they’ve acquired Baba Musah Hamadu from Skyy FC, a team in the Division One League. Hamadu, who previously played for Dreams FC, has gained recognition for his goal-scoring abilities in the lower division.
He netted an impressive 20 goals for Skyy FC based in Daboase, aiding their second-place finish in Zone Two of the Division One League for the 2022/23 season.
Over the last few weeks, various clubs, including Asante Kotoko, Nations FC, and Heart of Lions, had shown interest in the prolific scorer.

Yet, the Timber Giants have successfully secured his services and have high hopes for his goal-scoring prowess to contribute significantly in the upcoming season.
The club expressed their excitement about this signing on Twitter, stating, “We’re delighted to formally introduce the exceptional young talent, Baba Musah Hamadu.
After an outstanding performance last season, this striker has joined us on a permanent basis, transitioning from Division One force, Skyy FC.”
Hamadu’s current engagement in the 2023 Division One Super Cup for Skyy FC has seen him score three goals in two matches.
However, he is anticipated to link up with his new teammates during the pre-season as they gear up for the 2023 Nsenkyire Cup in preparation for the upcoming season. The Super Cup is currently taking place in Abrankese.
