English Championship side Bristol City have rejected Bournemouth’s offer for talented forward Antoine Semenyo, Sahara Football understands.
The English Premier League side have been watching the player for months and finally made a bid for the Ghana International, but the offer was rejected by Bristol City as it doesn’t meet the club’s valuation for the player.
Sahara Football understands Antoine Semenyo’s camp couldn’t also agree on personal terms with Bournemouth causing the deal to collapse.
Bournemouth currently sit 15th on the Premier League table and will be looking to strengthen their squad in the January transfer window to enable them to stay in the English top flight. It is, however, unclear if they will increase their offer for Antoine Semenyo after the latest offer was turned down.
