Hasaacas Ladies head coach, Yusif Basigi has revealed that he is struggling to hold his players after their excellent showcase in Africa.
The Western Giants were led by the experienced coach to win every trophy in Ghana as well as the WAFU Zone B qualifiers and lost to Mamelodi Sundowns in the finals of the maiden Edition.

“After the CAF Women’s Champions League, we have been inundated with offers from top Africa and European clubs for most of our girls. I’m struggling to convince some of them to stay but at least, six of them leave”.
“I picked some of these girls from Primary school and now some playing professional football in Europe and building houses. That’s very rewarding for me,” he added.
Basigi is the most successful coach to lead a female team in Ghana, having won multiple titles with Hasaacas Ladies.
