Ghana’s Ernest Nuamah on target as FC Nordsjaelland defeat Brondby

Ernest Nuamah, the talented Ghanaian rising star, once again showcased his prowess as he led FC Nordsjaelland to secure their third consecutive victory in the Danish Super League.

The 19-year-old prodigy, who had previously netted a hat-trick in the team’s opening match, demonstrated his skills on Sunday by contributing to two goals in their 3-1 triumph in the third match.

Prior to his remarkable performance, the opposing team managed to take the lead in the first half courtesy of Nicolai Vallys, catching Nordsjaelland off guard in the 37th minute.

Nevertheless, Ibrahim Osman, another promising talent from Ghana, served as an inspiration and orchestrated the team’s equalizer. His well-placed pass connected with Marcus Ingvartsen, who found the back of the net in the 52nd minute.

Nuamah seized the spotlight again, this time 22 minutes later, with an exceptional free kick goal. He continued to impress, assisting in another score as Martin Frese expertly converted his precise cross from the right flank, securing the victory for the ambitious Danish giants. The team is determined to rectify their setbacks from the previous season.

With this goal, Nuamah now shares the top position on the leading scorers’ list with four goals, alongside Portuguese forward Diogo Goncalves, who plays for FC Copenhagen.

In just three appearances, Nuamah has already achieved 50 percent of his total league goals from last season, indicating a notable improvement in his effectiveness on the field.

Many European teams have expressed their admiration for the swift and skilful winger.
