Nketiah doubled Arsenal’s lead seven minutes later with an assist from Fabio Vieira.
Gabriel Martinelli set up Nketiah for his second of the night in the 76th minute to ensure Arsenal progressed to the next stage of the competition.
Nketiah has four goals in four starts for Arsenal after the World Cup break.
