Dreams FC coach Karim Zito complains about his sides treatment in Guinea by Milo FC.
Karim Zito, the coach of Dreams FC, expressed his dissatisfaction with the treatment his team received from the opposing side during their CAF Confederation Cup match on Saturday.
The players of Dreams FC traveled to Guinea to face Milo FC at the Lansana Conteh Stadium in Conakry, resulting in a 1-1 draw.
Zito, however, shared the challenges his team faced while in the territory of their fellow West Africans.

He mentioned that he had foreseen such issues due to his previous experience. He recounted how their journey from the airport to the hotel took longer than expected, comparing it to the travel time from Bamako to Conakry.
Zito jokingly mentioned asking their liaison person if the route to the hotel was the only one, to which he received an affirmative response.
When the match day arrived, the team reached the field within 15 minutes, a stark contrast to their earlier journey. Zito noted that in some Francophone countries, they might encounter situations like a lack of food, but luckily, they didn’t face that problem this time.
He mentioned that the more experienced members of the team had anticipated these challenges and advised the younger players to be prepared and focused on winning or drawing the match.
Zito emphasized that their primary objective was to secure a victory or a draw in the match, and he didn’t require anything else beyond that. The second leg of the match is scheduled to be held at the Baba Yara Stadium on August 27. The players arrived last Sunday and immediately began their preparations for the upcoming match.
