Former Hearts of Oak coach, David Duncan is inches away from closing a deal with Tarkwa-based club, Medeama SC head of the new Ghana Premier League season.
The dynamic figurehead will seal a two-year deal at the Akoon Park and is expected to shore up the technical department of the side with his vast experience garnered across coaching several clubs in the Ghana Premier League.
He replaces Umar Abdul Rabi, who impressively masterminded the club to a 2nd position behind ultimate winners, Kumasi Asante Kotoko.

Duncan comes into this job after he was relieved from his duties as Black Stars assistant coach.
The 58-year-old has coached a host of clubs in the Ghana Premier League like Kotoko, Hearts of Oak AshantiGold SC, Great Olympics and Sekondi Hasaacas.
Coach Duncun will handle Medeama’s first game away to Legon Cities in the BetPawa Premier League at the El-Wak Stadium on Friday.
